Thanks, they're jpgs and I don't see them uploaded anywhere in my photostream, so they aren't duplicates. Is the file type (jpg, gif, etc.) of the ignored files the same as the files that were uploaded? Might they not be a supported file type? Is it possible that the ignored files are duplicates of files that were uploaded? Had I known support was going to be this difficult to get I wouldn't have signed up for Pro.
